TECH GROUP NAMES NEW PRESIDENT/CEO

Scottsdale, AZ: The Tech Group, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, announces the appointment of Harold J. Faig as President and Chief Executive Officer of this global contract manufacturer of plastic injection molded components and precision injection molds, effective October 1, 2003.

Mr. Faig brings a wealth of plastics industry experience to this position with The Tech Group, having most recently served as President and COO of Milacron Inc., a publically traded, premier global plastics machinery and equipment manufacturer. During his 36 years with Milacron, Mr. Faig held positions in manufacturing, engineering product development, product management and senior management. Mr. Faig holds an MBA in Multinational Business from Xavier University in Cincinnati, and undergraduate degrees in business and electrical engineering from the College of Mount Saint Joseph and the University of Cincinnati respectively. He also holds numerous patents in the field of plastics including control systems for plastics processing and metalworking. He also has served on The Tech Group's Board of Directors since 1991.
